Sheep anti Human KSHV/HHV8 (mal 62/ORF 62)Catalog number: F100P
Immunocytochemistry,Immunohistochemistry (paraffin),Dot blot,Immunoblotting.
The immunogen used for the anti-human herpesvirus 8 MAL62 was a fusion protein that contains at its amino terminus the maltose binding protein and at its carboxy terminus the protein encoded by the open reading frame 62 (ORF62). ORF62 interacts with the minor capsid protein (mCP) OF HHV8 and mediates its translocation to the nucleus where the assembly of the HHV8 capsid components take place.
