Background
The antibody against PAP may be used for the immunohistochemical detection of PAP in normal and diseased prostate and in metastases thereof. Because of the limited specificity of the enzyme, the antibody should only be used in parallel with specific antibodies like PSA (Art. No. PS100 and PS500) , P504S, P501S, ERG and other cancer-specific markers. Human PAP, 48 kDa subunit, no cross reactivity with PSA.
