A donkey was immunized with highly purified chicken IgY. The resulting anti-IgY Fc was affinity purified from a IgY Fc fragment column. The affinity purified antibodies were conjugated to fluorescein isothiocyanate.

Applications
This product is suitable for immunohistochemistry. Optimal conjugate working dilutions should be determined for your particular assay conditions. Molar F/P ratio is between 3 and 6.
